The GSK980Tb3i CNC system and fully digital AC servo system adopt semi closed-loop control for both the X and Z axes. The ball screw pair adopts C3 grade precision ball screw, and the electrical components are all imported or domestic well-known brands, meeting CE or domestic 3C certification.
The machine tool is equipped with a well-known domestic brand vertical four station CNC tool holder, which has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, high strength, and good seismic performance.
Before leaving the factory, the machine tool is strictly inspected according to the inspection procedure. Each machine tool uses a laser interferometer to detect the positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes and the repeated positioning accuracy, ensuring the stability and reliability of the machine tool's accuracy.
Introduction to Main Components
1. Bed
Adopting a flat bed structure, resin sand molding, and high-quality cast iron casting. The guide rail adopts medium frequency quenching grinding and pasting technology, which has good wear resistance and accuracy retention.
2. Spindle box
The spindle structure adopts a typical two point support structure at the front and rear ends, and the spindle has high stiffness; The bearings adopt high-precision spindle special bearings from Harbin Bearing Factory, which enable the spindle to have high rotational accuracy. The main transmission adopts variable frequency speed regulation: the main transmission gear pairs are hardened and ground, and each transmission pair and rolling bearing are lubricated with strong oil, which has good high-speed and low-temperature rise performance; The design of the spindle box body fully considers heat dissipation measures and shock absorption mechanisms, making the spindle box characterized by low noise and high transmission accuracy. The machine tool noise does not exceed the values specified in national standards. The machine tool has an electrical overload protection device, a mechanical overload protection device, and an emergency stop device that controls the rotation of the spindle. The automatic transmission model is equipped with an external automatic transmission control box.
3. Turning main movement
The spindle is driven by a variable frequency motor through a V-belt through a variable speed mechanism to drive the spindle box. The variable frequency motor can be controlled through a variable frequency system to achieve stepless speed regulation, and the power of the spindle motor is AC7.5kw. The main transmission system has been carefully optimized and designed, featuring high transmission accuracy, excellent power torque characteristics, high rotational speed, smooth transmission, and compact structure.
4. Feed motion
Both the horizontal (X-axis) and vertical (Z-axis) feed movements are driven by servo motors to achieve rapid movement and feed motion of precision ball screw pairs.
The diameter of the X-direction lead screw is 20mm, and the diameter of the Z-direction lead screw is 40mm. Adopting domestic Jining Bote precision ball screw.
The slide rail is attached with anti crawling plastic soft tape, which can effectively ensure the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
5. Tailstock
The design of the machine tool tailstock fully considers rigidity, load-bearing capacity, and usability. The tightening method is manual.
6. Chuck
The machine tool is equipped with a 250mm manual three jaw chuck.
7. Centralized lubrication
Adopting a centralized lubrication system to achieve lubrication of each guide rail pair, ball screw, and bearing. The lubrication pump has functions such as working status display and hydraulic monitoring. And the oil filling cycle can be adjusted at any time.
